Most people can't remotely relate to the ~*fitspirational~* accounts all over Instagram—mostly because the crazy-fit people featured appear to be Nothing. Like. You. After all, they wear bikinis like this:
They eat like this:
And they frequently happen to find themselves in incredibly well-lit #BaeMoments like this:
But Anna Victoria, the Instagrammer responsible for the posts above and the founder of Fit Body Guides, recently posted a photo to prove perfection is just a facade (with a damn good filter):
"Your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat to be healthy, your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat for you to love yourself, and your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat [for you] to be confident and beautiful and an all around amazing person," she wrote in her A+ caption.
Also worth noting: Victoria's stomach rolls raked in almost three times as many likes as her average (and flawless) bikini shot—which just goes to show that the perfect body/meal/life you aspire to? It might not be all it's cracked up to be.
