I've got a sweet tooth, and I have a weakness for chocolate. There are times when I would suddenly crave chocolate desserts, but I would not have anything in my fridge, or restaurants were already closed.
Desperate times call for desperate measures so I resorted to YouTube, the go-to of DIY ~things~. I came across a video from Nino's Home that shows how to create Nama chocolate truffles using three ingredients: Dark chocolate, whipping cream, and butter. The procedure is pretty simple, too, and I bet even kitchen newbies can do this! Check it out:

Chop up 250g of dark chocolate until they resemble chocolate chips.

In a saucepan, pour 150g of whipping cream and add 50g of unsalted butter. Mix well until the butter is dissolved over low to medium heat. Let it simmer.

Pour the cream and butter mixture into the bowl of chocolate chips. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture into a square mold lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for three hours.
