I've got big news! If you're a fan of sushi or sushi bake but want to try something else, check out The Blue Apron's Poké Tacos. Intrigued? Know more about this *cool* food innovation below:
A Poké Taco a fusion of Japanese, Hawaiian, and Mexican cuisines in a crunchy tempura nori shell. One taco is actually filling and bursting with flavors, and I swear each bite made me feel like I was eating in a fancy restaurant.
It's available in four flavors:
Blue Apron Poké Taco Flavors
Sinful Salmon, P330/Box of 3; P540/Box of 5
If you plan on spoiling yourself this weekend, please get the Sinful Salmon. This poké taco has torched fresh salmon in creamy layu sauce and topped with tempura and furikake flakes. You won't regret it, I promise!
Tempting Tuna, P330/Box of 3; P540/Box of 5
Cream cheese and torched fresh tuna are indeed better together! I highly recommend that you try this first.
Super Sisig, P305/Box of 3; P515/Box of 5
I can't believe they turned crunchy pork sisig into a fancy meal! What makes this different is that The Blue Apron prepared it in Japanese sisig sauce and topped with fried quail egg.
Krazy TNT Kani, P290/Box of 3; P470/Box of 5
Think California Maki but ~*extra*~. It has torched fresh kani strips in creamy crab fat teriyaki cider sauce. It is topped with ripe mango slices and tobiko.
The Poké Tacos are available on weekends in limited quantities. Visit their Instagram account and click the link in their bio to order. The Blue Apron is based in Quezon City.
