When roughly translated from Spanish, it basically means "three milks," which tell what you can expect from every bite: Moist, milky goodness.
It's basically a butter or sponge cake that is soaked in three types of milk: Condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. Its frosting is usually made with whipped cream.
