Last month, I woke up with a crick in my neck. I tried to stretch the discomfort away, but I must've slept in a weird position for too long because it persisted. For instance, when I wake up in the morning, I'm usually on my tummy, which means I'm a stomach sleeper. I don't enjoy pillows that are too fluffy or soft (like marshmallows) because I don't like it when my head sinks into it.
