Because of the pandemic, it's probably going to take some time before we can all go back to the gym again. Luckily, we've got the internet to thank for online workout videos. There's Zumba, yoga, pilates, HIIT, and many more. Most of these are pretty easy to follow, and require minimal equipment, too. You can have your very own sweat sesh right at home.
Below, we asked girls from our Cosmo Mixers to share what workouts they've been doing while in quarantine, and which YouTube channels they follow for fitness inspo.
"I love Cassey Ho’s workouts because most of them don’t require any equipment or that much space to be able to do them. Her workouts are also not that intimidating, so it’s great for beginners, but at the same time, they’re also challenging and you can really feel your muscles working!" -Chesca
"Mostly I do POPSUGAR Fitness (especially Nicole Steen's dance videos), and Yoga With Adriene. I mix up the routine depending on my energy level and mood that day." -Ani Pearl
"I do barre or cardio kickboxing workouts on Active by POPSUGAR Fitness! Jake Dupree's workouts are my faves." -Alexa
"I saw her fitness transformation by doing intermittent fasting and working out. Her videos are very doable and motivational! I like how she sometimes uses trendy songs for her workouts. Hindi rin nakakatamad sundan and she provides options." -Abish
The Fitness Marshall
"I do Fitness Marshall whenever I want to have fun, haha. I usually do these workouts for 30 minutes in the morning, and then another 30 minutes around late afternoon." -Carla
"Chloe Ting's workout programs have been keeping me sane during this pandemic." -Cherlaine
"Chloe Ting workouts are the best! She’s able to create simple and interactive standing workouts that don't require any equipment. I can do the workout in the comfort of my home. Just me and my yoga mat, and I’m good to go!" -Pam
