Because of the pandemic, it's probably going to take some time before we can all go back to the gym again. Luckily, we've got the internet to thank for online workout videos. There's Zumba, yoga, pilates, HIIT, and many more. Most of these are pretty easy to follow, and require minimal equipment, too. You can have your very own sweat sesh right at home.

Below, we asked girls from our Cosmo Mixers to share what workouts they've been doing while in quarantine, and which YouTube channels they follow for fitness inspo.

Blogilates

"I love Cassey Ho’s workouts because most of them don’t require any equipment or that much space to be able to do them. Her workouts are also not that intimidating, so it’s great for beginners, but at the same time, they’re also challenging and you can really feel your muscles working!" -Chesca

POPSUGAR Fitness

"Mostly I do POPSUGAR Fitness (especially Nicole Steen's dance videos), and Yoga With Adriene. I mix up the routine depending on my energy level and mood that day." -Ani Pearl
