Trust Koreans to offer something new once in a while—sometimes they're outfit ideas, other times they're food trends! Dunkin' Korea just ~collaborated~ with fried chicken restaurant chain Kyochon and we're in awe of the latest item on their menu.
The Korean branches of the coffee and donut brand have always been innovative when it comes to the snacks they serve. The donuts come in fun shapes and flavors and are mostly limited edition, like this chocolate one topped with Pringles.
ICYMI, there's a mint chocolate craze in the Land of the Morning Calm (it's been more than a year and they still love this flavor, and KFC Korea has recently offered a mint chocolate dipping sauce for their chicken!) and Dunkin' Korea sure did join the trend.
Want something sweet and spicy? They sold Monte Cristo Donuts, too, which are filled with strawberry jam, ham, and cheese!
Will you look at these adorable peanut-shaped donuts! Dunkin' Korea partnered with Smuckers last year in time for the autumn season.
Aaaaand just a few days ago, Dunkin Korea *introduced* two new items on their menu: The Kyochon Honey Donuts and Kyochon Red Donuts! The former is glazed with Kyochon's signature honey sauce while the latter is coated in Kyochon's Cheongyan red pepper sauce. Both are shaped like a chicken leg and IDK about you but they REALLY look like fried drumsticks!
According to TikTok user omuk_food, they have the texture of a croquette and the Kyochon Red Donuts have a filling. Yum!
If you're living in South Korea RN or are planning to travel anytime soon, don't forget to try Dunkin Korea's limited-edition donuts! Also new on their menu: The Coconut Paradise, a pineapple-filled donut topped with coconut flakes in collaboration with Pokemon.
