Working in a creative environment with a very lax dress code can be fun and tricky at the same time. You have to be able whip up an outfit that's fit for a daytime meeting and can also take you to an after-hours work event or a casual shindig with friends. Summit's style mavens have become masters at doing just that, all while staying on trend and letting their personalities shine through all those bold colors and chunky accessories.
