Here’s How Andi Manzano Is Getting Fit And Healthy Two Months After Giving Birth

Two months after giving birth to her second child, Andi Manzano is sharing her fitness routine. She got the go signal from her doctor that she could start working out one month after giving birth.

The radio DJ and vlogger is all about carving time out of her busy schedule to become strong and healthy. She wakes up at 5 a.m. to work out while her daughters, Olivia and Amelia, are still asleep. For the past month, she’s been doing Pilates or high-intensity training almost every day. “I’ve never felt this good and strong. I couldn’t climb three floors before, but now I can without even getting tired!"

As for her food? “There’s no diet ‘cause I’m breastfeeding and I’m hungry all the time, but I eat clean.”

Andi says, “Every day, I challenge myself to get better in every way I can.” Her message for fellow postpartum moms: “You can do it, too!”
