Remember Catriona Gray's patriotic (and iconic!) "Three Stars and The Sun" ear cuff at the Binibining Pilipinas 2018 pageant? Girl impressed us yet again with a pair of earrings inspired by the Philippine flag at the Miss Universe preliminaries! Both designs are from the same brand, Tessera Jewelry.
It looks perfect with her Ibong Adarna-inspired Mak Tumang gown, BTW:

According to Tessera Jewelry, they've named it "The Pearl of the Orient" dangling earrings. "The process was a team effort that consists of [our team], Catriona, Ton Lao, and Harley Tan," their representative said.
"After her big win at [Binibining Pilipinas], we started brainstorming for the next pieces for Miss Universe. It took us several revisions because we really wanted it to be as perfrect as the Three Stars and the Sun Earcuff," they said, when asked about their design process. "Finally, [we] came up with this design using our national gem, the South Sea Pearl, drawing from the Philippines being the 'Pearl of the Orient.'"
There has been news yet from Tessera's end on whether the earrings will be available for sale. However, you can follow their Instagram page for updates.
