Hospital Playlist

Starring: Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, Jeon Mi Do
Where to watch: Netflix
Why you should rewatch it: Hospital Playlist is one of the best K-dramas we saw in 2020. No complicated plotlines and characters. There's not even anyone we can call a villain in this drama. It's a wonderful story of love, friendship, family, and good music, which just happens to be centered around a hospital since the leads are all doctors, lol. Rewatch this when you just want a feel-good, heartwarming show.

Reply 1988

Starring: Park Bo Gum, Hyeri, Go Kyung Pyo, Ryu Jun Yeol, Lee Dong Hwi
Where to watch: Netflix, Viu
Why you should rewatch it: There are many reasons people are so attached to Reply 1988. Perhaps for us Pinoys, it's probably because the narrative hits so close to home. One way or another, we all grew up close to our childhood kapitbahays. Our moms probably had chismis sessions on quiet afternoons, and we freely entered the homes of our neighbors when we wanted to see them. Reply 1988is a beautiful story about the pains of growing up, and that alone is enough reason to keep rewatching this when we want to reminsce about our youth.
